This would have caught issues like rust-lang/rust#92703 where PRs were missed.
It doesn't work for cargo, unfortunately, since that repo doesn't use milestones (and it would probably not be trivial to make it...)
Here's a sample diff of the output when going from dates to milestones. It's not small!
