bors is borked for this repo

bors seems to be timing out after 24H checking that builds in this repo complete successfully. It's super-annoying, and I would like to fix it, but I don't know where our bors implementation is or how it is being run. Any help appreciated.

Bors has been defunct for a while. I don't see it enabled for this repo anymore (maybe @adamgreig took care of it?). We can close this issue.
