…` class to simplify inserts (both backwards-compatible to the `SecureTag`. For safer backups, an `AWS_NO_DECRYPT` (i.e. kwarg `no_decrypt`) was added. README was updated and the CLI commands were fully converted to `git` style names.

This PR builds on my most recent. It adds a
!JSONtag. This tag will store a YAML branch as a stringified JSON stucture in Parameter Store. This makes it possible to pass a complex nested structure through SSM without having to manually construct the JSON string.
