Max nested groups

In the documentation it says "Control maximum depth of nested groups." but I couldn't figure out how. Couldn't find an example in the documentation too. Any help?

It took quite some time to get it right in accordance with existing features like slots and drag'n'drop.

Heyy thanks for notifying. After talking with you I applied my own workaround by watching the query and preventing update if nest limit exceeded. I will try your version too. Package helped me a lot, thanks for your hard work!

Pardon my late response I haven't updated the package yet, but seems like there is a problem. dabernathy89/vue-query-builder#70 In the production build, if you drag something inside to a group, or outside from a group you get "query-builder-vue.common.js:13421 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property '$options' of undefined" error and this prevents those actions. Are you aware of this problem, or have you fixed with the latest update? Couldn't found a workaround yet.
