A small follow up PR to finish up a detail I missed in #863: the local sidebar options that are set in
layout_sidebar()andsidebar()should use the private properties, e.g.--_sidebar-fginstead of--bslib-sidebar-fg. This prevents settings from parent layouts from cascading, while still allowing theme defaults to make use of the cascade.
