`page_navbar()` with inner sidebar layouts

308-sidebar-kitchen-sink illustrates a few problems with the sidebar layout styles added via .bslib-page-navbar. In particular, the app contains layout_sidebar() and card(layout_sidebar()) within the main content area, but these are inheriting the top-level sidebar layout styles (white sidebar background, gray main area background) where they should not have adjusted styles.
