create_* should be renamed contain_*

since the subject for these tests is the catalog, it would make sense to switch create with contains

the catalog should contain_file .... is a more natural way of expressing the tests

Yeah, so master currently already has support for this (https://github.com/rodjek/rspec-puppet/blob/master/lib/rspec-puppet/matchers/create_generic.rb#L66) but I agree that it's a much more natural way of expressing the contents of the catalogue. I just need to update the documentation.
