Artifact: Typescript SDK

Currently, we publish the typescript SDK to Github packages. If it is possible to give external users access to the packages (e.g. via an access token), this could be a viable option for making the SDK accessible.

We already have a Github workflow that publishes the npm packages on a created Github release. This seems to work. Closing this ticket for the time being.
