To the point where npm-publishable artefacts are produced in CI automatically for each of the 3 platforms.

Done! CI now produces a finished tarball including prebuilt binaries for all four platforms that can be installed with npm i or published with npm publish (though I haven't had a chance to test the publishing yet).
