Roadmap post: new Stdlib and automatic migrations

Prerequisite for this is a new version of Core and a rescript version with the migrations feature being released.

• Core is now Stdlib to avoid name clashes when migrating
• Mention how the Stdlib being internal again allows for more optimizations
• Demonstrate migration on a small project
