fix(rsc): simplify RSC APIs

This simplifies our RSC APIs so you can now pass functions directly from the Parcel and Vite RSC integrations, avoiding the need to rename them or wrap them.

This also renames the callServer option for routeRSCServerRequest to fetchServer in order to delineate it from React's callServer.
