Fix lint errors

Note that I've opted to delete the test templates with lint errors in cases where the templates were due to be deleted in the future anyway.

I've also enabled reportUnusedDisableDirectives to help ensure redundant comments aren't hanging around.

Lint step passed in CI, the following steps are still failing obviously.
