Upgrade `azure-identity` package dependency

The latest version 1.0.0 requires azure-identity==1.20.0 but this version is outdated with the most recent one 1.23.1, which is required by other azure libraries such as kusto.

I see the pull request went up to fix this last week. Do we know how soon that will be released once it's approved and merged? Thanks!
