Add new user guides and documentation:

• A Getting Started guide as a first introduction to the Swift toolkit, linked from the README.
• A guide for the Navigator.
• A guide explaining how to support Readium LCP.
• A guide explaining how to integrate the Navigators with SwiftUI.
• A new MAINTAINING.md documentation for maintainers. For now with a single section explaining how to release a new version of the Swift toolkit.
• A new CONTRIBUTING.md for new contributors.
