thanks for make this wrapper for chartjs!
At my job we have a strict policy about third-party software, so we are force to only use libraries with a explicit LICENSE file located in the repo's root.
This PR just do one simple thing: Add the LICENSE file with the information found at
README.md's footer.regards!
