Fix pushed 0.15 stable docs #7420
Description
The stable URL https://pytorch.org/vision/stable/index.html now properly links to 0.15 folder but we still need to fix all the header title that mentions "main" and the ugly main (0.15.0a0+0ca0735 part.
I'll do it tomorrow, just in case another tag gets pushed
