Remove legacy datasets and abstractions from repo #1422
Description
As mentioned in torchtext 0.9 release notes, we moved the legacy Datasets and abstractions into legacy folder to ease the migration, and were supposed to be there for two more consecutive release.
As we are working on revamping the library with new datasets abstractions, we will remove the legacy folder from the upcoming release. This issue tracks the progress of this removal process. Users affected by this are encouraged to leave comments here.
