According to mypy_primer, this change doesn't affect type check results on a corpus of open source code. ✅ |

Hi, I think this is already being fixed by #19863? Let me know if that doesn't work, but I'll close this in favor of that for now. |

Added functionality to make enums idempotent based on the reasoning from this issue. #19669 Also added a test case for the change.
