We seem to be getting a very stale price update for a feed that no longer exists in a wormhole VAA from the spy (somehow). This is causing our stale feeds alert to trigger. The seems to get sent every time the service & spy are restarted, so that doesn't resolve the problem.
This PR adds logic to filter out very stale prices before storing them locally, which should resolve the false positive alert.
