Summary
I think the best way to start with Argus is to copy the existing fortuna codebase, delete the unnecessary stuff, and then implement new logic. Once we have that we can refactor out common functionality.
This change is a pure copy/paste of fortuna with unnecessary API endpoints and CLI tools deleted. There's more stuff to delete but will do that later.
