In an earlier PR we made upd_price in C return SUCCESSFULLY_UPDATED_AGGREGATE when upd_aggregate is called. It turns out, update_aggregate sometimes returns early, this PR makes upd_aggregate return a bool depending on whether the aggregate was updated
