@nicoddemus according to https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/types/#issuecommentevent all comment events carry the issue body, so i think that when there is a comment, we should not look into the issue

Yeah, thanks for that link, was just looking for it.
I did it this way so we could easily re-try a failing PR, just like what happened. Will have to review that logic to avoid that somehow.
