minor doc update: pytest section in setup.cfg configuration file


This section of the documentation stills says to use a `[pytest]` section in the `setup.cfg` configuration file. It doesn't work anymore, it's now `[tool:pytest]`. Here is the section of the doc: http://docs.pytest.org/en/latest/customize.html#adding-default-options
