Make mypy script more instructive

What is this PR about?
Refining scripts\run_mypy.py to make the output more instructive.

I added options to group the output in different ways, and updated the prints to focus the visual attention on the important parts.

• No longer enforcing PEP 561 on Aesara, because it does it itself since 2.6.0.
