Missing Colons in front of Sphinx Roles

What happened?

I've noticed two spots that are missing a colon at the start of a Sphinx Role, which causes an incorrect render in the documentation.

• The indexes parameter in the xr.DataArray page
• A bullet point in the "What's New" page
