This PR addresses changes that will be shipped in numpy/numpy#24794 - deprecation of
np.int_andnp.uint. Instead ofnp.int_annp.longis being introduced to match C type names.np.int_could be potentially replaced bynp.intpbut it would differ on windows 64bit (hopefully it will be solved once this PR gets merged).Here I replaced
np.int_withnp.dtype(int)as it's backward compatible way for defining a "default" integer dtype.
