This change adds a requirements.txt file with the libraries necessary to use this program. It also adds env to .gitignore for use in a venv.

There is a conflict in the requiremetns.txt file for how BeautifulSoup is referenced. Is bd4 or beautiful soup the correct one? I am not setup to test this. |
