Add
include-databasesparam, which works as an antagonist ofexclude-databasewhen autodiscovery is on. The motivation is to add the ability to use the power of autodiscovery of database (read as auto create of DSNs), but query an only subset of found DBs. It also saves the current behavior with themasterflag for 'main'.
