We currently publish a folder that contains the experimental files in
lib-esmandlib: https://unpkg.com/browse/@primer/[email protected]/lib-esm/experimental/However, we don't currently include the folder
experimentalwhich contains the samepackage.jsoninfo thatdraftsanddeprecatedhave. This PR introduces this file to thefilesarray inpackage.json
