"URL params" and "Headers" buttons should be toggle buttons

Please make the "URL params" and "Headers" buttons toggleable. This makes the UX much more predictable and easier to use to quickly show/hide these forms. Remove the annoying "Close" button that dynamically shows up below the form.

I agree they should be toggleable. Not sure about removing the Close button though. I use it on a big screen and having it on the left is quite handy.
