Streaming R Markdown isn't really feasible from a technical perspective. The LLM will stream updated R Markdown code much faster than we could render it, and each update to the code would require a new rendering process.

If you waited until all of the code is written by the LLM, however, you could render it from R Markdown into HTML. That pattern is possible if you were to create a tool that takes R Markdown code and renders it to HTML. That's the approach I'd recommend you investigate using if possible and depending on your use case.
