test-jupyterhas been failing since January 29. Sincersconnect-jupyteris no longer an active project, this PR deletes the the test code for integration testing with it, as well as updates a few other references to the project.There are two places where shims are added for compatibility with
rsconnect-jupyter. I did not remove them here, but we could.
