rsconnect info --help needs udpating

The text for rsconnect info --help only references Jupyter Notebooks and manifests.

Usage: rsconnect info [OPTIONS] FILE

  Display information about the deployment of a Jupyter notebook or manifest.
  For any given file, information about its deployments are saved on a per-
  server basis.

We should update that to just say Display information about a deployment...
