Adds 2 new templates for
shiny create:https://shiny.posit.co/py/templates/basic-sidebar/
https://shiny.posit.co/py/templates/dashboard-tips/
It also replaces the
multi-pageapp with this template which is more focused on navigation, and doesn't promote what I'd consider to be an unsatisfying use of modules (also note that, in #1277, we added a link to the templates site, so one can still find themodel-scoringtemplate, which is essentially the same as themulti-pagetemplate that this PR removes).
