Add CLI command to echo shiny version

Either shiny --version or shiny version, or have shiny --help include the package version.

I have many shinys lying around across venvs, projects, python versions, etc. In general, I can pip show shiny and then confirm that the Location from pip matches which shiny, but it'd be much easier if the shiny CLI could report its version to me.
