Metrics Usage Dashboard: Improve first-run experience using Connect's integrations API

Explore using Connect's API to improve the first-run experience in one of two ways:

- Add a button to one-click add a working integration if one exists
- Get the name of an appropriate integration from the list of integrations

This may surface limitations of the API, e.g. maybe we won't know what the maximum possible role for an integration is.
