refactor: update `Makefile` to generate binaries in `tests` directory

Current version checks for already existing folder structure to generate the binaries.
However we need to change this structure as tests should be user specific and shouldn't be present in the repository.

Tasks :

• Delete the tests directory.
• Update the Makefile to generate the folder (if it doesn't exist) and then create the binaries with proper folder structure.
• Update .gitignore to ignore the entire tests directory.
• Reduce LOC and generate a RULE for generating the target binaries without breaking the existing Makefile structure.

Yes, we'll need to delete them. Those were only used for unit testing.
