Conflicting debug_emulated_prepares.phpt

Description

Today I've noticed a strange test failure, which is likely caused by having both

• ext\pdo\tests\debug_emulated_prepares.phpt
• ext\pdo_pgsql\tests\debug_emulated_prepares.phpt

Perhaps one of these could be dropped, or one would need to be renamed.

@devnexen, I'm not sure you see this, but all your PRs (including the fix for this issue) are locked. Is it intended?

What do you mean by "locked"?

All PRs of @devnexen were marked as Locked and people without rights to the repository couldn't add any comments. Now PRs are not locked anymore so I'm not able to provide any screenshots.

Ah, thanks! Since I have respective rights, I can see a "Lock conversation" link/button. This functionality is supposed to only be used as a last resort (heavy spam, trolling, etc.) In this case it likely was by accident, and since it apparently has been resolved, no need to worry anymore. :)
