Hello!
So far in the python toolbox the Panda robot does not have inertial parameters for calculating dynamics.
@vpadois has showed me that the matlab toolbox does integrate the inertial parameters in the Panda's DH description, so this is just a quick transfer from the matlab to the python robotics toolbox.
