Expand StarterKit Download Options #63
Description
Look at supporting the following:
- a rules based set-up for building URL
- rule switch on the starterkit install command
- private repos via a GitHub credential/token
- BitBucket Public Zips (ex. https://bitbucket.org/owner/repository/get/v0.1.2.tar.gz)
