Remove CHANGELOG in favor of a Wiki page #268
Description
converting this to markdown, it being the historic look at the roadmap, reduces a lot of annoying parts of keeping the CHANGELOG file in sync with PRs
- Convert CHANGELOG to wiki page
- Remove old items from ROADMAP
- Delete CHANGELOG file
- Add missing thank yous from 1.1.3
