Description

  1. Update the server initialization steps
  2. Seperate out the logic to fetch directories with old streams and new streams
  3. Update ObjectStorage Trait to refect the same
  4. Fix the migration logic guard for Ingest Servers
  5. Impl migration of server metadata files on Object Store
  6. update the root path for the metadata files

This PR has:

  • been tested to ensure log ingestion and log query works.
  • added comments explaining the "why" and the intent of the code wherever would not be obvious for an unfamiliar reader.
  • added documentation for new or modified features or behaviors.
