Ingest Server Stream Update Failure

After Query Server, then the Ingest Servers are started and a stream is created with the Query Server.
All the servers create the stream normally. Ingestion on the server work fine.
But if one server is stopped before ingestion, the ingestion fails with Stream Not Found Error
