Contents in `data.parquet` need to be preserved properly in case of restart

When the server restarts, the left over `data.parquet` file needs to be properly tagged with relevant time stamp (when it was last modified) and moved to the relevant directory.

Then server should start with a fresh `data.parquet` file.
