Add a demo flag for server

Currently Parseable uses a public object storage instance by default. 

But this may lead to sending important data to a public store by mistake if someone did not read the Parseable startup banner properly. 

So by default, Parseable should ask for S3 details and refuse to start if not provided. And we should instead add a `--demo` flag that follows the current behaviour.
