Uint8Array is undefined

I'm trying to turn my web form into a pdf but I get this error:

0x800a1391 - Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'Uint8Array' is undefined

It opens a blank pdf in Chrome but just gives an error in IE. I've been googling for days but I can't figure it out. Any help would be really nice.

Thanks dude. I'm not really sure if it's because I'm doing something wrong or if it's a problem with the script itself. I uploaded the default.aspx for the web page and the part where I'm getting the error onto gist. If you don't mind taking a look at it, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not sure what changed since then but I no longer get any error messages. The button works but it saves a blank pdf. I think it might still be the same issue with the bufferarray but I'm not really sure.

arrayBuffer & Uint8Array are not available in IE6-9. See here:

Thus, the download script will not work in sub-IE10.

We are still facing this issue in IE 10, even though it technically should be supporting Uint8Array and ArrayBuffer. It works when running in Chrome though. Any clue on what that could potentially be? I have noticed a slight difference between the available overloads depending on the browser... could that be possibly the issue cause? Am referring to an additional overload specified in the Mozilla specs that accepts a generic object, while in MSDN that is apparently not available.

i had the same problem. found out that i had a servlet filter which adds a header:
HttpServletResponse res = (HttpServletResponse) response;
res.addHeader("X-UA-Compatible", "IE=9;");
chain.doFilter(request, response);
