Since Fedora and Centos use a different tools than OpenSuse, and have their own packages in official repositories, it is better to point to them than the one from OpenSuse.

I guess though to be honest should prob relegate instructions for installing from source from a distro and recommendation via conda or wheel instead |

Yes, I agree that we should revisit those install instructions, but given there are instructions for ubuntu and debian, merging this for now. |
