MWE

import pandas
data = ([1, 2, 3], [4, 5, 6], [7, 8, 9])
pandas.DataFrame(data)
# the whole process crashes

Problem description

the whole python process crashes when pandas.DataFrame() is called with a tuple for the data argument.

Expected Output

   1  2  3
0  1  2  3
1  4  5  6
2  7  8  9
