The fact to dele the guide SSL_management from this PR generate unresolvable conflicts. So I decided to let SSL_management guide enable from this PR and I'll deleted this guide from another PR in a second time. |

I created new PR on a new branch with the content updated on #8254. (Already proofed)
DO NOT MERGE while the SSL migration will not be completelly done.
