WMS 8022: Update Documentation v1.1

This issue pretends to update the documentation to reflect v1.1 code ed. Also, comply with the following items:

• Lab 3 Overview has copy blocks for the PL/SQL that was already installed. It’s extremely misleading. We should even have some sort of “informational only” type indication here or move it to deep dive section that already exists but at the very least need to get rid of the copy blocks.
• Lab 3 Step 1 is not obvious and pretty difficult with the copy/paste and vi steps from connection info in OCI console to both producer and consumer application.yaml.
• lab 3 task 2 step 2 “You will get the prompt to write your messages and to finish your should press CTRL+D” should have copy paste fields.
• There are way too many copy paste command steps. Eg, any place where there is a cd command can be combine with the next command, etc.
• Use a better and dynamic name than lab0822
• Trim down the many privs and policies required in the setup as almost none of them are actually required (objecst storage, ocir, etc.).
